Electrified Rings of speed come from Cyendros I believe(Contested x2 epic in SoS). As for the Diamond band of Nizari, I doubt that a non-raid equip'd group(Flame Claw will eat your tank alive) could go into Nizara enough times to get one to drop. It took me atleast 35 runs to get mine. /sigh
Are you serious? I regularly go to nizara and don't seem to suffer - well equipped legendary toon with all masters is absolutely fine! And as for the lowly non-raid equipped tank.... Chest Cuirass of Protection Blood-Drenched Breastplate of Xhorroz Awakened Scalelord Breastplate + the rest of the awakened scalelord armor: Awakened Scalelord Legplates,etc Claymore kit Dragonscale Pauldrons Dragonscale Ring,etc And numerous very cool drops... Gauntlets of Glorious Speed Blade of Embers Grizzfazzle's Shield,etc,etc In fact plate fighters get the most love from tier 7 instances....and one that can be bothered will be awesome in high end legendary + masters!!! imho
