POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION Skyshrine All Solo instances in Skyshrine are now a 90 minute lock out, same as heroic instances. ACHIEVEMENTS The achievements "Rallos' Chosen" and "Vindicator Soren's Demise" should now update for all members of the raid force that kills him regardless of range.
