Talapatook'tei and Japalatook'tei should be much more formidable. TRADESKILLS Dracurion Research Prisms now require level 90 tradeskill to activate. ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT Brigand Low Blow no longer requires the target to be over 75% maximum health. Swashbuckler Pirate's Fancy no longer requires the target to be under 25% maximum health. Ranger Arrow Rain now deals 21% additional damage per rank and properly specifies it only works on profession abilities. Inquisitor Perfect Timing now directly states that it applies to Smite Heretic. The functionality has not been changed.
