    Celebration Avatar Challenge: E'Ci [Raid]
    • The “Freezing Reactions” effect duration has been increased.
    • Corrected an issue that caused the encasements of ice to not spawn/despawn properly.
    • "Surging Flashfreeze" should now properly grant in-combat movement speed while applied.
    There is no downtime associated with this update.
