Unused Touch of the Steward Claim Item

    I have a touch of the steward claim item unclaimed in my claim items. They came with the CoE expansion to get aa points up to 280. Unfortunately, they have a lvl requirement of 90. Now there is a SC item - the Untapped Achievements potion that does the same but with a lvl requirement of only 10.
    Any chance of converting the Touch of the Steward claim item to have a similar lvl requirement?
