Honestly no conceivable reason why someone would want to deny others the choice. No obligation to exile. A number of drawbacks to it, but some people want FFA PVP and there's no other way to get it.

People who don't want exile shouldn't exile. It's really simple.

But make it where every time you exile you lose all your masters/adepts.

2. The reasoning is because people will flip flop back and forth between factions too much. We have seen it tons of times on Nagafen already where the power between the two gets majorly lopsided and kills PvP for many because too many can't fight each other. This leads to complacency and a lack of interest, in the end killing the server like it did with Nagafen. Don't make the same mistake again...

Yes and make the quests difficult/time consuming... and lets say a limit of 1 exile per 3 months.
