Hi, I purchased a mount on Tarinax that can't be used on that server. I assume support will issue a refund, since it can't be used. When I attempt to reach them, it requires the email address to be verified; however, I am always given a email verification error when I click the validated email link. Does anyone have any suggestions or an alternate way to contact support? I would like to spend my 1900 points on something. Thanks!
OK, this is really frustrating. I have spent my money and I am unable to get any type of support here. I am sure if I contest my charges, they will retaliate against my account. How am I supposed to find resolution here, if I can not contact technical support?
Update: Changing the email address associated with the account allowed me to verify the new address. I am not certain why the search function let me down when looking for answers, but there was another user that suggesed this work around.
