I have tried to order the upgrade and use Paypal - after I type all the info and select PAYPAL it comes back and tells me that there was an error - not what the error, but an error and dumps be back to the start. This is outrageous and there is NOT EVEN PHONE Support -- just a set of stupid blanks to fill in. This is disgraceful support. Why own the product if you can't at least provide the minimum of phone support.
