Trying to load character currently in a guild hall. It's stuck on loading screen for 10+ min then just crashes to desktop, but processes still running in background. Anyway to get character moved out of guild hall and back to bind spot so I can log in?
If the character is irrevocably stuck, and no log in can be made on that toon, log into the customer support here and create a ticket. There is a selection specifically for stuck characters. They'll direct you as to the information they need. Usually, you're moved within a day.
Go into the advanced options on your launchpad, find Game Configuration halfway down the menu and run it. Set it to 'extreme performance' and try again. That might just get you loaded in long enough to zone out. And if it does warn your guild decorator that they probably have too many textures loading in there
