There are at least two different items named "Veilwalker's Trasmutation Stone" dropping in Luclin solo instances:

More details - over the last 10 days, I have logs of 132 Veilwalker's Transmutation Stone dropping, and slightly over 1/3 (45:76) are the level 110 "incorrect" version.
I have seen both versions from several different names (different runs, of course) so it looks very much like either
A) the loot table calls the items out by name and with two items of same name the actual drop is random
B) both versions are in the loot table (by ITEM number)

I wonder if one is voidwalker but that still would not make sense why there is 2 for the same expac.

It still would make zero sense for an item designed for the current expac to transmute to the previous expacs adorning materials.

I just attribute these kinds of bugs to copy/paste errors. Their skill at copy/paste on a scale of 1 to 10 is, I'd say, 1.

Another one which comes to mind is recieving an Essence of Chaos as a reward for one of the harvesting quests. Bleh!!

All the transmutation stones dropping in Heroic zones today are the level 110 that are actually Celestial - so it seems this was "fixed" incorrectly

It seems like all the solos give 120 and the heroics give 110.
