Just noticed on my main that my current level of transmuting is 646. It stays that level even when I put the earring and Pegasus on. Earring of Solstice is supposed to grant 20 points and TS Pegasus grants 80, but putting them on or taking them off does not impact the transmuting skill. Checked forums before posting, but I didn't see anything on this. I know the transmuting nails are supposed to increase the skill, but curious why neither Solstice or Pegasus have any impact at all. Any one else come across this?
I was at 640/640 then put on the earring, it jumped to 660/660 so no issue here Then I put Brightfire on and it went up another 80 to 740 / 740 I am not able to reproduce your issue.
Rechecked and the skills jumped for both the earring and the Far Seas Pegasus once they were equipped. So either an oddity yesterday or "user error" or the location. I was in a prestige house, which I didn't think about at the time.
