Transfer Token Issue

    So I had added a card to my account (7 days ago) to make a recurring sub on the next expiration date so I could be able to buy a Transfer Token on my account. I opened a ticket/chat today to see why it had not shown up on the marketplace for me. After a very confusing chat conversation, the TSR ended up removing my recurring sub because of some error on my account that showed me as having a "lifetime sub" or something like that.

    I'm assuming this means I will have to yet again wait another 7 days to be able to purchase a Transfer Token from the marketplace because this rep messed up my account or can someone remedy this situation?

    Do you have the ticket number for your contact? I can look in to what occurred. Everyone here is just a forum name, I can't see any of your actual account information through the forums.
