I tried to use a tracking scroll this morning (last charge 1 of 5). All the bells and whistles went off around it on my hot bar but it never lit up for me to use it. So I tried to use it and it told me I needed the knowledge to do so. So, realizing it had used up my last charge/potion, I bought one more. Only it sold me 10. <mutter> So I waited the next 12 mins to be able to try it again. Still...Tracking Scrolls are NOT WORKING. Okay...not a problem...I will just petition. PETITION IS BROKEN!!!! I tried to petition the above problem and when you click on in-game issues, it refuses to allow you to proceed until you choose an item UNDER in-game issues....However, you get the same drop down menu with In-Game Issues ON IT, rather than the drop down FOR In-game issues. Therefore, you can not continue and petition. SOE, PLEASE FIX THESE.
