So, a bunch of us just finished up this quest, got the tablet. It is heirloom. but when our alts inspect it, they cannot learn the Draconic language. Went and bought another one from the shady Swashbuckler in Nek still can't use it with alts. Is this intended, that each character must do this long quest? Please don't say it is because at this point in time, it wasn't in game for alts to use them. There are so many examples of things, "not being in game" that are. Mount Azzra Spiritboon was not in game, yet it is here, Sprocket's blueprint constructor was not in game, yet we have it and it is usable. And the list goes on and on and on. So, why can we not use the Draconic Tablet again for our alts?
You still need to rescue the sage and talk to Majordomo Inferinus in Nagafen's lair. The tablet allows you to bypass having to pick up all 26 runes.
