So, i started a toon just now and went through the first about 6 or 7 quests. The problem came when i was told to do a quest that summoned level 4 mobs and i'm still level 1. I know this is beta this is more a question of did they randomly hotfix the xp rates and not adjust for quest difficulty? Has anyone else experienced this yet?
