[TLE] Wizard Efficiency Chart

    For the 4 other people on Stormhold that play a wizard, have this. Obviously the values change based on gear, but the priority should basically stay the same.

    I also just realized I left that comment on Frigid Gift and Surge of Ro on accident. I used my old live server spreadsheet and altered it to make this one. Those 2 abilities are far from amazing on TLE.

    In addition: I've been using this one from TLE start.

    I made it using Magmag's original found on eq2flames (as seen in OP's post) and gave it some functions to work for caster alts / changeable values where the original spreadsheet was just a static data set.

    Should work for any mage really.
