<Myth> is an EverQuest 2 progression raiding guild on the Stormhold server.What is a progression guild? To <Myth> it means we wish to play through and defeat every bit of content as close to its release state of difficulty as possible. We strive to emulate the game as it once was. As a result, we lock at each expansion, finish all of the content for that area, then continue to the next. We also limit ourselves in various ways by not allowing AAs, adornments, reactive gear, MC/Fabled items out of our tier, sparkly food, etc. Anything that would give us a major edge that didn’t exist at the time of that expansion, as well as any zones that were not in the game. We are based around expansion based progression, not tier based. This means that we tackle expansions in their order of release, regardless of their individual levels/tiers. An example of this is the fact that when we are locked at 70, we will be raiding KoS and avoiding EoF entirely; at least until KoS has been completely cleared. Right now we are getting our raid force together and leveling up as we prepare for our first lock at 50.
