Hello, I believe this set bonus is out of progression for TLE content, and is bugging content out once it is obtained by how much extra damage it adds to your raid much like evade blame. This set bonus is outperforming every other set bonus, and makes necromancers not use their VP/TSO set bonus due to how it scales. This would also help alleviate class balance. Please see the below parse and the blighted horde damage. Thank you
considering this adds like 4.5k to a T1 i dont think it is fair to compare it to avoid blame which was adding 11-15k
