TLE Guild Buff...Guild Level 120

    At guild level 120 we are not receiving 4% base critical chance. There does not appear to be any reward for obtaining this level.

    Guild at 120, removed buff then recast buff and crit does not go up. Doesn't show up on buff examine. Does seem to be missing on Varsoon.
