Have they ever said why Kaladim doesn't get the quests/merchants for holidays?

It's sad.

Generally we don’t get the events until all of the zones they involve are unlocked on the server. With EoF expect a few more events to be available to us.

Because Daybreak isn't willing to put anything beyond the minimal amount of effort into TLE.

The same thing happened on FG. We won't get the events until the server reaches the point where the zones they involve are open. I don't expect them to remake holiday events specifically for TLE.

It doesn't make sense though because we have Everfrost, but no Shard of Love.
