[TLE] An Eye For Power HQ broken mob

    On TLE the frosthorn named for An Eye For Power HQ does not spawn, at the campfire where he is supposed to spawn NOTHING spawns around the campfire, I've camped it out 3 times now for 1-3 hours, killed everything in the vicinity, and....nothing. The other campfire for Bron Frosthorn works just fine, but does not update the quest.
    This makes the quest non-completable and is rather frustrating.

    They're not showing on live servers either. Last week's patch was supposed to fix this, but so far, no minotaurs. :(

    Thank you, Erszebeth! I appreciate the report. It's frustrating that the change on 9/29 didn't convince the Frosthorn minotaurs to return. Hopefully, the next fix will get those minotaurs back to their snowy land.
