Every other adorn is the same tle vs live
Values are the same as they were on Stormhold and they're perfectly fine in line with current gear. Your gear (if it has crit) has, what, 1.3-2 crit on it... Slapping another 2.9 on an item would be ridiculous. It was fine on Stormhold in this state, no reason to change it.
Pretty much what Carl said, if these adorns weren't nerfed i'd be at 100% crit solo and would never run any other adornment because of it. Crit Chance is already going to be stupidly high in this expansion.
i play a scout(BL), nearly every quest reward, thinks i'm a leather tank and the rewards are as such(block, parry etc). most of the rest in gear drops i do get that is scout, has little or no crit.
