do i need to finish the combines for the chance at a askill up ? or can i stop the combine half or 3/4 or the way through and still have the chance at a skill up? somone said in good that i can stop it and still get a skill up but wanted to make sure.
You can stop it and still gain a skill up, but you will get less components back.... I aimed for a "pristine" combo all the time to gain more of my components to help with more skill ups... lol

If you do tinkering just to the first bar of quality and stop, you can level up tinkering to 400 in 2 days. Of course you will burn through thousands (this is not an exaggeration) of loams and other materials.
