Fixed Internally Thurdagin server issue

For the last 3 days players are reporting connecting issue, packet loss, massive lag and random disconnection on Thurgadin server. It did appear to be link to a specific internet provider or country.

and it still is going on.

Confirmed happening to me right now (09:19am UK time, Tues 19th March 24). Ping spiking up to 1000-2000 for extended periods, then back to normal (about 100 for me) for a few minutes, then spiking again. When I tried to camp to another character I got "could not connect to login server".

It happened to most of our raid last night as well, and so didn't seem to be linked to any particular ISP or country. E.g. we had people in the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium all having the same problem at the same time.
