With little no details about this upcoming title we can only speculate and wish.

One concept that would be pretty neat would be to have the "BG" server be an actual hospitable server - meaning that when the blue servers que up for pvp they would have an option to que into the Open World PVP server with each blue server representing a various allowable pvp faction.

EQN should have very few safe havens.

On pvp servers all dungeons should be open farmable/contested dungeons on the scale of Kael but with the usability/playability of Skyshrine (IE the loot that drops would be deemed usable/wanted). Kael was great in scale but the loot not so much. Population instances would be allowable such as FG1, FG2, FG3..., if the servers requires such memory management due to population.

-Think of KOS days and updating your Claymore line while fighting for every step you took in Sanctum.

But what about trading items cross server? Maybe add some sort of server transfer tax - any cross server trading must be via a broker mechanism only and the broker auto assigns an extra penalty tax to the transaction? Ie: in game currency tax only, not an RMT tax. As current factions cannot initiate a direct trade across factions the server specific faction would prevent exploitation. The broker would allow sales but at some dev determined penalty.

What ever mercenary, hireling option they are gonna use (lets face it most every game coming out has a crutch companion these days) should not function in pvp. Each merc type unit should have its own AA type tab for personal development of each companion class allowed for skills/gear etc for PVE purposes. In essence you can choose to assign XP to develop your merc and equip him/her appropriately. If there is a repair fee your just went up depending on how well you gear your merc. In pvp though your merc just falls on the ground once you take a hostile action.

Speed, excepting bard speed, should be limited at all times and climb slowly as we level.

Flight, especially some sort of in combat flight, should be allowed. Those gnomes should get busy packing parachutes too. Dropping from mounts should be a viable pvp option for all classes.

Title system for those that enjoy that aspect of the game. Farming alts should be highly discouraged and penalized severely up to and including character deletion and ip ban.

Where would you like the game to go?
