They said to meet them outside the old cemetery gates...

Galldora and Apheetia thought that was a rather odd place to accept delivery of their Player Studio artisans' guild holiday shipment. On the other hand, their goodies had been sitting for some time in the Overlord's reckoning house and they were eager to get the shipment, so they agreed to meet the Overlord's delivery wagons at the designated location.
Their holiday delivery was already arriving a bit late, since they'd originally decided not to place a large order this year. Times were a teensy bit tight, and prices had seemed a little bit high and their wallets a little bit thin. They figured they could make do and get by, And too, they'd assumed, considering the extraordinary beauty and quality of their work, that the artisans were providing goods to hundreds of decorators throughout Norrath. Surely, they wouldn't miss the income. In fact, the girls though, they would never even notice or care if Galldora and Apheetia failed to place a holiday order.
But they'd since learned the truth: the artisans' primary clientele, a group of obsessive and discerning decorators and designers who knew quality when they saw it and were willing to pay for it, were actually rather few in number. Galldora and Apheetia realized could possibly be a couple of the artisans' primary customers. If they failed to support them, some of the artisans might be forced to give up their private studios and go crank out anonymous blocks and boards in a stuffy windowless factory somewhere far away, where they would toil under the supervision of orcs and trolls. And if that happened, the girls would get no more amazing and luxurious baubles!
So they rethought their position with regard to the prices the artisans were charging. Then they discovered that, if they pooled their resources, they actually had plenty of cash for a nice large pile of holiday baubles and doodads.
And so, that is how the girls found themselves outside the old cemetery gate, meeting up with a couple of dark elves who arrived in strangely beautiful wagons pulled by steeds whose colors seemed to shift and change with the breeze.
