Those poor Gnolls of blackburrow.. they never saw it coming. The plague..yes..THE plague (The bubonic plague) has struck Norrath. Introduced by a team of crazed, evil scientists, the Gnolls of Blackburrow have become infected. What's worse... adventurer's throughout Norrath who have delved into Blackburrow have spread the plague to villages..and cities. Watch out for people who seem ill, coughing, sores, gangrene. Beware Blackburrow, gnolls, possibly vermin. (For those who come into contact with those infected, you will receive an in-game mail saying your character has come into contact with a plague carrier. Participation is obviously not required.) IF you want to play along: /ran if you've come into contact with rats or Gnolls or infected person(s). If you roll under a 50... you got the plague. (oh no!)
