No we don't slack, but thanks for thinking that the RNG should define if a max level crafter gets his/her recipes or not. Masters can't even be compared, I know no one who is trying to farm masters anymore (except to turn them into mana) with the researcher assistant in game. Maybe they should let us researcher the NPC recipes up to the dropped ones?
You know whats funny, 2 years later the recipes are back in the toilet since ToV made most if not all of CoE able to be skipped over. Last night there was only 1 recipe (I forget whether it was advanced or basic) on the broker for Freeport at 1200p. Do these only drop from heroics? Or can you farm the overland for them? The wiki just says "mobs" in Eidolon and Obol.
