GENERAL
Fixed an issue with the ticket goblin not spawning correctly.


POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Obol Plains
The Drinalian Whisper Column should no longer be no value thus blocking it from being able to be purchased off the merchant.
The Harrow's End key should now check if you already have access before consuming.

Altar of Abhorrence
The Enraged Imp should now call out those that fail to react to his script.
The Enraged Imp should no longer spam the raid with messages.
The Enraged Imp should now echo all his scripted messages to main chat and to the appropriate targets
The spell "Spinning Fury" should no longer hit players who are trapped in Fear-Touched Grasping Vines.

Harrow’s End
Drinal’s soulwells have returned and should correctly render when it is time to select his challenge level.


TRADESKILLS
Tinkered items now have level requirements suitable for their power.


ITEMS
Primal Velium Blocker now has block chance added to it.
Buckler of Borrowed Time now has block chance added to it.


QUESTS
Quest target icons for group members will now go away if a group member deletes the quest or is removed from the group.
Many quests in Eidolon Jungle now update in a more group-friendly fashion.
Taming of the Tuatara: Gathering glisten frill roots will now update for everyone in the group.
Constructing Cardin Wardens: Gathering arcane geodes now updates the entire group.
Out of the Fire: Gathering twilight fern seed pods now updates the entire group.
Arcane Repercussions Unknown: Gathering teleportation soil samples now updates everyone in the group.
Desired Siphon Components: Gathering shambler seedlings now updates the entire group.
Gehein Some, Lose Some: Gathering Amhenti's teleportation spire notations now updates the entire group.
Tourbillion Interruption: Destroying the tourbillion augmentations will now properly update everyone in the group.
Connecting Ether Threads: Using the Ethereal Mender to bind broken ethereal threads now updates everyone in the group.
Convenient Conversion: Returning to Venox Tarkog after cleaning the tattered robe and collecting enough silver spider silks will now result in the entire group receiving a Convert of the Silver Reaper Robe.
