GENERAL
Fixed an issue with item descriptions on the broker.
Fixed an issue with connecting to the 90 – 95 chat channel.
Mounts and baubles no longer have their usage verbs blocked by your subscription level and can be used regardless.


POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
General
Boss fights where mobs are summoned and added into an encounter will no longer reset the health of the boss mob.

Chains of Eternity
Wurmbone’s End Solo and Heroic zones have had their quest requirements for entrance removed.
Wurmbone Crag Solo and Heroic zones have had their quest requirements for entrance removed.
Dreadcutter Solo and Heroic zones have had their quest requirements for entrance removed.
Temple of the Faceless Solo and Heroic zones have had their quest requirements for entrance removed. The quest zone remains unchanged.
Throne of Fear Solo and Heroic zones have had their quest requirements for entrance removed.
Chelsith: The Ancient Vault Solo and Heroic zones have had their quest requirements for entrance removed.

Obol Plains
The Steward of Drinal merchant is now located in Cardin Ward.
A new house object can be purchased from the Steward in Obol Plains if you have completed the Signature questline that can be placed in a house or guildhall for use in transportation to various areas in Ethernere.
A heirloom key can be purchased from the Steward in Obol Plains which will unlock access to Harrow's End and allow for the gathering of Spirits and Obols.


TRADESKILLS
The Gathering Goblin is once again a toggled ability.
Blessed and Imbued procs have been added to appropriate woodworker weapons from level 93+ recipes.
Lore-Equip flags have been removed from tradeskilled weapons from level 93+ recipes.
