ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Assassin
Bloodfury once again works in PVP combat.
Shadowstep's damage has been reduced in PVP combat.
Assassinate's damage has been reduced in PVP combat.
The heal granted by Draining Mark has been slightly reduced in PVP combat.

Rogue
Daring Advance once again interrupts in PVP combat. Interrupt success chance in PVP combat has been reduced to 50%.


ITEMS
The HEIRLOOM tag has been added to all items flagged APPEARANCE-ONLY from the adornment removal process.
Planar Mender's Aura now increases ward values properly.
Drinal's Castle: 4 Soul Drinal Ethereal Breastplates have had their effects improved.
