Temporal Shift Resides on the Permafrost server. We are looking to build our team/family and raid. We accept all levels, classes, and good and evil. We always welcome someone looking for a new home. Our guild has been run for over 16 years, big and small, giving much success and experience in gaming, leadership, and raiding. We try to keep the atmosphere of a less stressful and drama free environment and especially for those that like to raid but hate the hardcore scene. We keep the raids fun and fair. Temporal Shift is the type of guild that believes each and every member is important. Everyone has their goals big or small. Regardless of interests in the guild from casual, questing, solo, to interests in Raiding, we never ask anyone to fit a mold or to play a toon you do not like. It is the choice of the member what they want to play and do. We are a mature adult guild. No drama is tolerated. Real life does come first here also. We work as a team and family to reach those goals. To help each other out and bring the experience of the game to a new level for each. Regardless of rank in the guild each member is equal and has a voice. Ranks are set up as your role in the guild. From people who wish to help with the day to day back end of the guild to allow for our time in game to be easier and more content than a job. To our team members that wants to do higher content or our team members that is more casual or leveling. We have all crafts covered. We do not charge in guild but we do ask for you to provide our own rares and fuels. If we have something to help we will. We plan events throughout the week from dungeon runs, fun events, and raids. We consider ourselves a medium core type raiders as we do not like the stress and politics of the hard core scene as it causes no fun in game but we are focused and progressing in COE content. At this time we have three raid days: Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays but this can be altered depending on attendance needs in the future. We try to plan our events to meet our members schedule the best we can. We do not mind dying to get a job done and to get to the feeling of accomplishment when we have reached our goals. Our event times are generally run between 8-9 start times est; Running two - two and half hours on weekdays and sometimes 3-4 hours on Friday and Saturday. Our main rules are communication and no drama. If we don’t know what you need, wants, issues, or concerns we are not able to help. We do not stand for begging. We help our members the best we can but in good trust and honor, What comes around goes around – pay it forward type of guild. We expect others to do the same to help their fellow guildies. This helps the team/family grow stronger as a whole. We expect members to help themselves too and not be handed everything. We use mumble as our main voice chat. It is required for raids and other events to at least be able to listen, a website for calendar and communication, and a face book page for those who dabble the internet to help with communication. We have members from east coast to west coast, and have many different levels in the guild and people on from early morning hours to late night hours. We have many active members.
