blue stats on items are reduced significantly with since new server release. things like casting speed, reuse speed, resists, max health, etc. are vastly reduced. most players find themselves at half the casting speed and reuse speed they used to have. please fix!
Because it almost certainly won't be. When new TLEs drop, stats on low level items - EG, everything that exists on Tarinax - are reconfigured to fit in to the new schema. Itemization is across the board, so you aren't likely to see them revert it. It's *possible*, but it is very unlikely.
On Tarinax my items that proc things like power are also broken, some don't proc at all and others proc at half the stated amount.
i see the post has been flagged like "Not A Bug" does that mean that this will not be fixed? so because you launch a new TLE server, you are completely screwing over the other one.. we are not talking about minor nerfs, we are talking 50-75% reduction in casting speed, reuse, resists, max health on almost every item. an item that would give you 4.4 casting speed now gives 1.8 or an item that would give you 630 resists, now gives 280 and an item that would give you 2.9 max health now gives 0.8 you have completely broken Tarinax with your update
Unfortunately, when items (and many other things as well) are changed it has to be a global thing, there is no way to change the stats only on a specific server type, so since this change had to be made for overall balance, it will affect every server, even established ones. We have added some casting and reuse speed to the Tarinax adornment sets to partially offset this change, but the change to items is intended.
can the amount of pvp tokens required be reduced greatly? its very hard to complete writs with the low pop and these adorns are almost neeeded
its an incredible nerf to all classes, and ROK is broken too - you somehow managed to break the itemization for the entire game just because you wanted to launch a new server. The are not minor changes, you are practically halving many values - including resists. Look at this ROK item even.. ... you do know that items typically have lower stats displayed if you're looking at them on a character below the item level, right? Looking at level 80 RoK itemization on Tarinax won't 'prove' anything, since the expansion isn't even live there yet. (Also, there is pretty much zero chance they've even gotten CLOSE to touching anything near RoK itemization for Varsoon yet, considering how long until they get to that expac. They've got several expacs to get through before then, and they're currently *still* working on the base game itemization for it)
i am inspecting it at lvl 80 - it has been nerfed on live too you see? go inspect at item yourself on live and you will see. this is not just tarinax, this is all servers - but it affects tarinax the most due to the level the TLE is at.
