T-9 quest gear?

    I am 87 and walking around in a full TSO T2 set, with a couple of fabled non-armour pieces. I have not grouped yet in SF as I was going to finish all the solo quests first.
    I keep getting non-legendary quest rewards with plus pet effects/stats but less Int (and other stats) than my current gear. I for the life of me cannot figure out whether the new stats on non-legendary quest drops for T9 gear is better than the TSO T2 stuff.
    Has anyone looked a little closer at this? Most of my quest gear is just sitting in the bank for now. My thought was just to start grouping when I run out of quests and upgrade my gear that way.
