Switching Classes on Varsoon TLE

What are the methods to switch classes for example dirge to troub or coercer to illy? Aren't certain classes locked to a certain city?

I know there is a Marketplace item to buy but what other means can you switch?

You need to start the betrayal quest line.

The only classes currently alignment locked are:

Conj (Qeynos) / Necro (Freeport)
Paladin (Qeynos) / Shadow Knight (Freeport)
Mystic (Qeynos) / Defiler (Freeport)
Swash (Qeynos) / Brigand (Freeport)

Several other classes used to be alignment locked a long while ago, but they have been changed for over a decade now.

You can also use the Betrayal Token from the Market Place. 599 DBC and can skip all the faction stuff required by the Betrayal Timeline Quests.

You can use the token to change classes without changing city as well, for those classes who can be from either faction.
When you use the token just select the city (even the same city you are already with) and then the class.

I used that on my Necro ---> Conjurer. So handy!!
