If I don't ever raid, is the Pirate's Perception prestige mastery worthless to me? Does it only work in a raid and not group? Just curious if I'd be better off spending the 2 points elsewhere.
When something says it affects the raid, that means that it also works for your group as for it being worth it, it adds a good damage proc to you in solo or in group.
