So can't get in the game at all. I was in the game but got booted to desktop. When relaunch I get the account does not exist. I see many are having the same issue. Good timing, just minutes before a raid lol and can't get in the game at all. Could we get some feedback please, this problem looks like it's growing on top of the server lag we have been having most of the day this is like the cherry on the sundae! Regards.
They responded in another thread (look for the blue SOE tag). Nothing constructive, but the problem was acknowledged. edit: that response was in a necro'd thread that's a couple of months old. My bad.
The last response I can see in any thread is from May 2014, so they haven't responded to today's error far as I can see. But, given it's a Sunday evening, I can't say I'm expecting it. Most likely it would be tomorrow or so.
