Now Catalyst have -16% health point, make 100% crit and 25CB for next one spell. SF aa Focused Catalyst is resistabillity 2% and reduce reuse time 3sec per rank. I guess, almost sorc not put max rank on Focused Catalyst. even casual sorc player. because reuse cap. pls add -2% health reduce per rank on Focused Catalyst. (or remove -16%health on catalyst. would be great) then max rank is 16% and no hurt use Catalyst. In fact, I'm raider. catalyst make sorc a bit dangerous in raid. sorry I'm broken english.
