Hello, new or paused player have no opportunity at all to get the Rune of Mysteries e.g.. The npc who has them is still there and you also get a popup when you did an old expac Expert mission so that you should have gotten some currency for it but in the end you get nothing and can not buy them. they are also neither on the PG nor on the colloseum NPC so there is no chance at all to catch up to the players that have them already. Would be nice to have them readded anyhow.
Why would they do that? I missed out on the ToT Ethereal event due to IRL issues, I certainly didn't think it was OK to ask them to add the rewards just because I missed out.
