Storm of Steel AA doesn't seem to be applying

    The AA Enhance: Storm of Steel doesn't seem to be working. It's supposed to increase damage by 3% per rank, but the tooltip did not change, even after zoning when I did a respec on my Swashbuckler tree to put 5 points into it.

    Worked for me. It's not anywhere close to what 15% would be, but it made mine go up on my Swashy

    Don't forget to take into account your ability mod when making a comparison like that. The 15% wont increase the ability mod the tool tip is taking into account when it reports the damage.
