Spell weapon attack speed/ Attack Speed Buff Spells.

Would it be possible to add a bonus spell weapon attack speed buff to Rapidity and other attack speed buff spells? Unless I am reading something wrong, the old buff spells do not add to the new spell weapon attack speed.

Or, or, or or!
We could just have one darn Attack Speed stat rather than 2. Since well, you can't auto attack and spell auto attack at the same time.
