Now (3/3/24), the spell should be completed but it shows it needs 34 days (4 days more than what was originally required). The clock time on my computer is correct (currently it's 11:00 am pacific time). I do not run multiple instances of the game. Please provide research reduction potions to correct this. Thank you.
