Anyone know of a site that lets on look up items by effects or can list items that specifically have Sorcerous or Magical Alacrity? Many thanks for any/all input.
Only thing I could think of is to google them, it brings up a lot of results. You can search for both on the broker though by putting it under effects. although that only helps with tradeable items.

Does anyone know for a fact if Alacrity of the same tier stack with each other? I.E will and item with Alacrty IV stack with another item with Alacrity IV?
Yes they do stack, I just tested this with Hood of dark dealings and Darkthread slippers of rift evocation, both with SA 5... taking off my boots made my cast time of Armadeddon go from 2.73 to 2.83.
