SK Epic Shiny Brass Halberd

    I am working on the SK Epic quest line. I get to the part for the Dragoon k'naae. He will not talk to me. I did complete his Heritage quest. I am guessing I have bad Thexian Faction but I cannot progress. I checked all merchants I came across to make sue I did not sell the Shiny Brass Halberd. I also searched my inventory and do not have it. Any hints on how I can progress?

    You can get it from the shady swashbuckler on Nektulos Forest docks.
