Text (name, server, class, etc.): Lady Sapphirius Zand (mostly just "Lady Sapphirius" as Zand is her married name) Lucan D'Lere warden, alchemist, tinkerer clan elder of Legends of the Tundra, formerly an all Halasian guild (She was the first non-male, non-Halasian officer in the guild.) Character Colors (eyes, hair, fur, etc.): Brown eyes Dark auburn hair (reddish) Pale skin coloring Misc. Info (personality, bio, other preferences): Sapphy is a no-nonsense, down to earth, no frills druid. She takes no excuses and gives none. She actually dates back to EQ1 where she discovered her druidic powers in a fit of rage as she destroyed an entire camp of brigands for killing her parents by calling the storms upon them, but her slaughter didn't stop there. Vowing never to summon the storms again, she turned her powers to healing and repairing the wrong she'd done (hence why she is a warden now and not a fury). I actually have a detailed explanaition for how she came to exist 500 years later in EQ2, but I won't get into all of that here. She is an avid follower of Karana: the Rain Caller, the God of Storms, whatever you choose to call him. She is a nomad, a wanderer, and a hermit (as is typical of Karanites), spending very little time at all in the home she built in Kelethin. The only place she has ever called "home" was Surefall Glade, which no longer exists in EQ2. She often reminisces about the old world during her travels and compares what she knew before the Rending with what she sees after it. This is actually the very first sig I had made for Sapphy, made by Arani from these forums, but I don't think Arani is here anymore. Yes, that is Karana in the background. Sapphirius's First Sig, made by Arani Preferred Colors/Theme: I'm not very picky about colors or themes, but if you need ideas, then something druidic as generally I like only my character's names on the sigs with a quote rather than jumbling them with classes, servers, and other details. The guild's theme is that we are ever seeking to find and restore Halas and fight under the White Dragon Banner. We often refer to ourself as the White Dragon Clan. This is my favorite because of the detail in her eyes. I snapped this one on a whim because I liked how the cloak looked in the wind. No matter what I do, I just can't make a sig for her that I like other than the image that I morphed into blue flames. Mainly, it's because it's difficult to get good action shots of her. The animations are drawn on elven bodies and then applied to the larger models, so when she /emotes, it will draw her hands and arms inside her body instead of placing them where they're supposed to be. (Yes, I've /bugged this multiple times.) Or perhaps it's because I'm overly critical of my own work.
