Shift Momentum and Kerra Invis Speed Stack

    If I maxed out Shift Momentum, the aa that increases speed, played a kerra or ratonga with their racial of 15% speed increase while stealthed, would the two stack to 25%?

    I would imagine so as the Fae/ Arasai general run speed stacks with buffs.

    my ratonga dirge has his 15% stealth racial, the 12%? AA stealth runspeed, and a 77 mastercrafted earring that adds 25%? i think. either way im running stealth 44% all the time.
