Cannot Reproduce Shard Storm (Celstrial) does not work correct

    Summoner: Conjuror Shard Storm

    Effects:
    Increases the charges Shards of Essence gain when they are summoned.
    Manipulated Essence will hasten the base reuse time of group members summoned scout and fighter pets abilities.
    (Master) Manipulated Essence will reduce the amount of power damage done to the essence user.
    (Grandmaster) Manipulated Essence will grant stacks of Elemental Manipulation to the essence summoner when consumed.
    Increases the effectiveness of Elemental Blast, multiplied by increment count.
    Reduces the base reuse time of Elemental Blast by 10 seconds per increment.
    (Grandmaster) Reduces the base casting time of Shard of Essence and Najena's Essence Summoning to 0.5.
    (Celestial) Reduces the base reuse time of Shard of Essence to 1.


    Casting Shard Storm (Celestial) and Najena's Essence Summoning or Shard of Essence produces 6 Shards of Manipulated Essence => Correct

    Casting Time of Najena's Essence Summoning of Shard of Essence reduced => Correct

    Shards of Manipulared Essence vanish on zoning and stay on dying => Correct

    Using a Shard of Manipulated Essence has the following behavior:

    21 seconds Replennish Essence => Correct

    A possible Reuse reduction of the scout+fighter pet abilities is linked with Replenish Essence not with Elemental Manipulation => BUG
    It's not a visible effect on the pet and I have no idea how to check if this works. The Aery Hunter IX does not change the parseable behavior within the 21 seconds
    Using the description of Shard Storm it should be linked to the count and duration of Elemental Manipulation, so it should be at least 3x15% and more than 30 seconds
    In my opinion it does nothing to the Aery Hunter IX

    The base reuse of Elemental Blast should be reduced by 3x10 seconds for 31 seconds. This does not work. => BUG
    Reuse of Elemental Blast stays at 2:30 and after the 31 seconds sometimes the reuse is reduced to 1:30 for some time. I have not found a logic behind this behavior.
    It seems to toggle random between 1:30 (and some bonus effectiveness) and the regular 2:30 (without bonus effectiveness)
    Wonder if the bonus effectiveness for Elemental Blast works: Tooltip by using 3x10,35 effectiveness shows 1.9% damage rise => Need to be checked

    Thank you Beee for your research. I also noticed that the effect on elemental blast wasn't working properly.

    BTW: with 0% reuse a conjurer has 3 min recast of Elemental Blast

    1,5 min is the regular recast time with 100% reuse

    2,5 min is just a bug so the celestial shards enlarge the recast timer somehow ;)

    Shard Strom (Ancient) Shard of Manipulated Essence seems to reduce the reuse timer correct to 1:20 :)

    An idea what happens with the celestial shards:
    Shard Storm (Celestial) + producing 6 shards + using one of them...

    Regular reuse (with 100 reuse) of Elemental Blast is 1:30
    Using a celestial shard reduces the reuse by 30 seconds, but from the original 3:00 down to 2:30 ;)

    happens always, so it's easy to reproduce

    We can not reproduce this bug. The timers are working as expected.
