Select Server - DEVL Warning Text

When trying to create a new character on beta I'm getting hit with



Any idea how to fix it or is it server side?

This happens if you choose "Create a Character" or "Create level 90 character". You must choose "Create Time-Locked Character".

Oddly enough that option doesn't show up for me like it did last night. It pops up create a character/heroic character but then goes to what looks like character select but with no characters or options and just sits there.

I got to this option by clicking create a character in the bottom right hand corner.

You should first be prompted to create a Time-Locked Character.

I finally figured it out. I moved my UI over from the live servers and it was stopping the Create a Character Option to pop up. I went back to the default UI and it fixed the problem!
