Recently returned after some short time off but now when I log into the game, the screen just constantly flickers, making it unplayable for me. I have tried messing with various settings but nothing has worked for me. I have about 400 hours of gameplay, so I have never had an issue before. Anyone have any suggestions? Here are my specs. OS: Windows 10 Processor: Intel i5 4570 3.2ghz Memory: 12GB Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600
We had this issue with one of our computers out of the blue, just started one day. Had to stay in Windowed mode to make it playable. What we found that fixed it was that computer had to turn on (click the checkbox on) for Sync Refresh under the main EQ2 menu-options-display-performance. When the checkmark was in that box that flickering stopped. Good luck, I hope this helps.
There was an update for the 4600 last month according to Intel's support. Perhaps you need to update OR if you have, you may need to rollback to the previous version?
