Attached are 2 Image's showing Screaming Mace, With an without the Yaulp proc. This is on Varsoon server. Not only does my mace show 10.3 stat's. The rest of the server claims to have 20 stat procs/31 stat procs. Not only is the proc on my mace different, but when it does proc, no stats are added to my Character.
